Good Morning Slackers,

Messages were sent out last night telling parents if they have a child that will be unable to swim in the meet this weekend. If you received one of those messages, it is okay. We will work with your swimmer to make as much progress as possible before the next. If you did not receive a message last night and you are planning on coming to the Chattanooga Golf and Country (CGCC) meet this weekend please declare your swimmer asap! If your swimmer is not declared by midnight tonight (5/28), they will not be on heat sheets and will be unable to swim. If you are unsure how to declare for the meet instructions can be found below, or in the Swim Meet 101 section of swimtopia.

The meet this Saturday will be at the Chattanooga Golf and Country Club pool 1511 Riverview Road, Chattanooga, TN 37405. Arrival time for the meet will be 8am, no later than 8:15. We must park on the road outside the country club (Riverview Road), but you are more than welcome to pull in the parking lot to unload your cars when you arrive. This meet will be over no later than 10:30am. More information about preparing for a meet can be found under Meet 101 on swimtopia. • Whether you are planning on attending our swim meets or not we ask that you please declare (signup) for the meets **if you do not declare your child will not be signed up for races
• If you are not planning to attend a meet:
  • select to signups (under the meets and events tab)
  • select the meet that you want to declare for
  • select not attending for all children that will not be present
• If you are planning to attend a meet
  • select to signups (under the meets and events tab)
  • select the meet that you want to declare for
  • select attending for all children that will be present
• Job signup:
  • You make our swim meets possible!!
  • To volunteer for a swim meet:
  • select to signups (under the meets and events tab)
  • select the meet in which you want to volunteer for
  • select the job you with to do and signup
