HH Slackers Registration

We are so excited for another summer of swimming and fun.  Amanda Bean, Annelyse McKenna, Caroline Knox, and Abbi Bean will once again coach our kids this summer.  Please complete the following registration form so that we are able to place your child in the appropriate swim group and keep you up to date with swim team practices, meets, and special events. 

Parents / Guardians
  • New accounts will be sent an email confirmation message with instructions to set up a password.
  • At least one parent/guardian is required to volunteer.
  • Previously registered parents/guardians cannot be edited during registration. Please contact your team's admin to request edits.

Setting up a Custom Question

NOTE: waivers and anything that charges an extra fee (such as living outside the HOA) are managed in the next section, the Acknowledgement Section. And t-shirt sizes are managed in the "Merchandise" tab. *

Liability and Waiver

I hereby release the Hidden Harbor Homeowners Association, the Hidden Harbor Swim Team Coaches, and the officers of the Hidden Harbor Swim Club of liability in case of injury or accident during team practice, team meets, or while transporting my child/children to or from team meets.
